Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. 

No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

 

– Each house is located in a quiet residential setting, please respect our neighbours so strictly no parties, gatherings, events or loud music. 

– Only registered guests may stay at the property, we understand plans change so please check your reservation details and be in touch if you have more or fewer guests than expected. 

– All properties are No Smoking.

– Dogs are welcome to stay, however they are not permitted in the bedrooms or on our furniture please. We take all reasonable precautions but no responsibility.
