Sue has been a wonderful manager of my B&B. She is regularly onsite to ensure quality and has assembled a group of staff and contractors who are reliable, prompt and deliver good outcomes. 

Sue has assisted me with advice on what clients want and she is spot on with her knowledge of the market for my house. 

I was impressed with her efficiency in managing the installation of my new septic system. She liaised with contractors to get the job done before the arrival of guests. Despite site difficulties and poor weather, the job was done within the tight schedule. Sue has built solid relationships with a great group of people to make ownership of a bnb easy. 

I returned from overseas and had not seen my house for six months. It was in immaculate condition and improved in small ways. I would unreservedly recommend Sue as a manager.
